So... Is this like therapy?
Great question! Coaching and therapy definitely have some similarities but they're different in very important ways.
Where therapy is often focused on healing the past, coaching is future-focused—empowering you to identify where you are now, where you want to be, and how to bridge that gap.
As your coach, I will help to guide you through that incredible maze of mind, body, spirit, and emotion to uncover what is truly important to you and where you may be blocking yourself from achieving it. I'll use provocative inquiry, accountability, exercises, and tools to help you break through obstacles, develop new perspectives, and take intentional action toward living a more authentic, fulfilling life.
Coaching isn’t about generic advice or surface-level motivation. My goal is to give you the tools to make you self-sufficient. That's right, I don't want you to keep paying me forever. Experience transformation for yourself and you can help me out by telling others who could benefit!

The duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on individual goals and needs. I always suggest my clients start out with a 10-week package to give us the time we need to uncover your unique goals, beliefs, motivations, and blocks.
This also gives us the time we need to work through your goals as they become clear through the coaching process. Your dream life starts with a strong foundation, so invest in yourself and your future!
Some clients find the coaching relationship a valuable asset that allows them to tackle each new obstacle that presents in their ever-evolving lives with ease instead of struggle. These clients retain my services for longer, extended durations.
